At Our Lady of Victories, lymph, a stone's throw from the small stretch of the Garda Trentino, are oil value. And wine. And bubbles. This time I speak of
bubbles: read doc Trento, adheres to the team of talent, the classic method, brut.
I tried the 2004 vintage. A whole meal. Linguine with pesto (without garlic, which do not tolerate, unfortunately) and grilled chicken. There was fine. The nose
yeast, bread crust very classical, mild and nutty.
In his own mouth the nut, rather persistent. And a very light vanilla. And a bit 'of Fruttino undergrowth. And good structure, strong.
Well, yes, maybe I find the texture a bit 'finest, creamy, that what I try to be a sparkling wine in the first place. Oh well, some room for improvement but we will leave him to the staff of Our Lady of Victories, no?
