Paint Color Western Haze
a little bit of maintenance ...
as the usual cloud fantozziana the weekend, I took the opportunity this morning to do a little maintenance the bike .. in particular I focused on the rear derailleur because it seemed "hard" to operate in comparison to that of 'angel friend ... so I pulled the cord and see everything in the end had a small crease that prevented it from proper sliding ... I replaced it, seeing the situation improve dramatically then returning to normal ... I also verified consumption of pastigie and rear brake are already enough "proven" and therefore almost be replaced with a nice pair of "organic" with aluminum support that may also provide about 10 grams of lightweight ... cleaning and routine that I oiled the chain with the best rock n 'roll gold Lubes very suitable for use in intense ... well well, all this waiting for a miraculous improvement in the time that unfortunately I prefer to see me glued to the computer rather than darting in mule ...

finally meeting in a bit of time qualchecosina free to write to my "hand" without putting a video on ...
therefore speak again of my beloved Flash and my physical condition.
immediately with the birth of form I think is really incredible, I was about 15 days detention without touching the bike and just rode Saturday I felt my legs as fresh as a rose, not I wanted to force too much now for fear of an overspeed, riding always enough fluency and understanding with the passing of the miles that I could have asked for more ... However at the end of the day, the thought has jumped the Sunday in which I thought of having to pay into an account rather salty.
fact the first few kilometers I had a premonition ... Today is the day ... but you know, the bike is strange and sometimes things can tip super malgrdo days giving the feeling after the first climb ... in fact I deliberately forced down by bringing the heart to 180 beats in a sort of "down-hill" personal in which to sample the talents of the bike, I realized that from then on would have been all on the rise ... In fact, over the next km I had the feeling of no longer hearing the chain riding, agile, hard, standing, sitting, always great and incredibly fast for the poor training that I have .... So one Sunday of "grace" that in addition to having fun made me realize that it is not yet to "scrap"! excellent!

I'd say it was wrong not long ago saying that he felt the best bike ever, in fact in these two days with about eight hours total mountain I could not find the slightest flaw in a flash that never ceases to amaze me superlative giving me a response and a perfect for my driving style with which I can express myself better both uphill and downhill, really 10 and praise ... this is confirmed by his very frank and loving Angelina really happy with their respective non-stop praise them flash at the end of each exit from cycling further confirmation of the above ... well well, we therefore expect a better bike in the spring that will less and less leading the bike thing ... hi hi hi ..

a good workout
after about 15 days of "abstinence" I got on the bike again today for a nice stroll along all'amicone works.
we started at 9 o'clock in the destination path andorese mirkocelestinomountainclassic that now has the feel of a "classic" because we've already tried and tried 1000 times ... hi hi hi ..
everything went very well with some good feelings too personal, beyond the overall strength, gave me some really fun shoot, then welcome meeting the day with his friend Francis Fregona not met for quite a while and with whom I had a bit of dialogue about his bike even with the approach with the 29er event which is very good .. of course tomorrow is replicated in the company of the legendary Angelino scalp to get out as it should with its brand flash with which he has already achieved a good feeling ... ;-)

Wicca is not just a cult, not a sect, it is to all intents and purposes a religion.

is the final weight of the bike race that I finished this morning with the mounting of the freewheel 12-25 donatami by his countryman kindly Angelino and that allowed me to practice that now bdc spare a little time and very probably "rispolvererò" over the weekend when I come back to train leaving aside the flash a lot of mud because of this off-road ... Obviously and unfortunately the performance of Scott will not be the same as in its heyday when, with its 6 kg was a real twig, but I feel comfort me thinking about the fact that the weight of a bike race ready .... uci ;-)
